Disconnecting an integration stops data syncing between Collanity CRM and the connected app.
Disconnect a third-party app
- Log in to your Collanity CRM account
- Open Third-Party Tools from the sidebar navigation
- Find the app you want to disconnect
- Click Disconnect on the app card
- Confirm the action when prompted
Once confirmed, the app will be disconnected from Collanity CRM.
What happens after you disconnect an app?
After disconnection:
- Collanity CRM will stop syncing data with the app
- Existing data (for example, meetings already created in Zoom) will remain in the third-party app
- New data will no longer sync between Collanity CRM and the app
