How do I disconnect a third-party app from my CRM?
Disconnecting an integration stops data syncing between Collanity CRM and the connected app.

Disconnect a third-party app
  1. Log in to your Collanity CRM account
  2. Open Third-Party Tools from the sidebar navigation
  3. Find the app you want to disconnect
  4. Click Disconnect on the app card
  5. Confirm the action when prompted

Once confirmed, the app will be disconnected from Collanity CRM.

What happens after you disconnect an app?
After disconnection:
  • Collanity CRM will stop syncing data with the app
  • Existing data (for example, meetings already created in Zoom) will remain in the third-party app
  • New data will no longer sync between Collanity CRM and the app
