What should I do if I can't connect a third-party app?
If you're unable to integrate your CRM with a third-party app, follow the steps below to resolve the most common connection issues.

Try these steps first
  1. Confirm account permissions
Make sure you’re logging in with the correct account and that it has permission to connect integrations (admin or owner access may be required).
  1. Allow pop-ups in your browser
Some apps open an authorization window. Disable pop-up blockers or add Collanity CRM to your browser’s allowed list.
  1. Reconnect the app
    • Go to Integrations
    • Find the app you’re trying to connect
    • Click Disconnect, then Connect again

After reconnecting, try completing the integration once more.
