How do I create a Zoom meeting link from Collanity CRM?
You can create a Zoom meeting link directly from Collanity CRM when scheduling an event. The meeting will be automatically created in Zoom and linked to your CRM calendar.

Before you start
  • Make sure your Zoom account is connected to Collanity CRM
  • You need permission to create meetings in Zoom

Create a Zoom meeting link
  1. From the sidebar, go to Calendar
  2. Click + New Schedule and select Event
  3. Enter the meeting details
  4. Under More Details, click + Add Link and select Zoom
  5. Click Create

The meeting will be created in both Collanity CRM and Zoom, and the Zoom link will be added to the event automatically.
