How do I update a Zoom meeting link from Collanity CRM?
You can update a Zoom meeting directly from Collanity CRM. Any changes you make to the meeting details will automatically sync to Zoom.

Before you start
  • Make sure your Zoom account is connected to Collanity CRM
  • You need permission to edit meetings in Zoom

Update a Zoom meeting
  1. From the sidebar, go to Calendar
  2. Open the event that contains the Zoom meeting
  3. Click the Edit icon
  4. Update the meeting details as needed
  5. Click Update to save your changes

Your updates will be synced to Zoom automatically.
