You can update a Zoom meeting directly from Collanity CRM. Any changes you make to the meeting details will automatically sync to Zoom.
Before you start
- Make sure your Zoom account is connected to Collanity CRM
- You need permission to edit meetings in Zoom
Update a Zoom meeting
- From the sidebar, go to Calendar
- Open the event that contains the Zoom meeting
- Click the Edit icon
- Update the meeting details as needed
- Click Update to save your changes
Your updates will be synced to Zoom automatically.
